Typical Americans have gotten so busy, and never find time alone to spend with themselves, or their friends and family. Each of us has a schedule that we must follow everyday. It has changed into routine. This is a very bad habit. It starts getting into your brain and will soon become your daily life. And trust me you will hate it. You will start getting up at 5:00am every day, going to bed at night at 11:00pm and you will always have to keep yourself busy. This is physically bad for you because you are wearing your body out. Why do you think teenagers sleep in so late? It's because they will be up watching movies all night and their body needs to rest and catch up with itself.
Try making a daily schedule instead of a life long schedule by asking yourself what do you need to do TODAY. Not something that is due in one month. And don't try the excuse that you have extra time so you might as well get it done. NO WAY! Your body needs to take rests, and give yourself a break. Spend some time with your friends and family. And maybe get to know God a little more. You know that the more that you pray, the less stress you have.
